From July 1st to 3rd, 2025, the CARMA consortium convened in Paris for its second General Assembly, graciously hosted by the Brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris (BSPP). This pivotal meeting brought together all project partners for three days of collaboration, coordination, and strategic planning.
With representation from every Work Package, the General Assembly provided a valuable opportunity to:
- Assess the progress achieved across the various components of the project,
- Align efforts and expectations for the next stages of implementation,
- Discuss key decisions required for the months ahead,
- Initiate planning for the first pilot deployment phase.
Beyond technical coordination, the event served as a moment to reinforce the strong collaborative spirit that defines the CARMA project. The in-person discussions and exchanges further strengthened the cohesion among partners, ensuring a shared vision and clear path forward.
As CARMA enters a decisive phase of development, the momentum and synergy built during this General Assembly will be instrumental in achieving the project’s upcoming objectives.
We extend our sincere thanks to the BSPP for their warm welcome and continued support, as well as to all participating partners for their dedication and active contributions.
Stay tuned! We look forward to sharing more updates as we move ahead with the pilot phase and continue shaping the future of autonomous systems for emergency response.
