CARMA Joins the EUNIFY Event in Thessaloniki

On Friday May 16, the CARMA project participated in the EUNIFY event in Thessaloniki, hosted at the Odyssea Youth Center. This dynamic two-day gathering, co-organised by Odyssea and InnoEUsphere, brought together innovators, changemakers, and cooperation-focused actors from across Europe to explore collaborative approaches to a more inclusive and forward-thinking future.

The agenda included:

  • Speed-dating sessions, where participating organisations pitched their missions and explored areas for synergy;
  • Keynotes addressing regional transformation, innovation, and European funding opportunities;
  • Interactive panels and workshops with contributions from experts, policymakers, and project leaders.

CARMA was represented by Nicholas Vretos, Technical Leader of the project from Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH), who took part in an interactive panel discussion focused on innovation and collaboration in the European project ecosystem.

The event provided an energising space for dialogue and knowledge exchange, allowing CARMA to share its vision and engage with other projects pursuing impactful change in the domains of innovation and public service.

Participating in events like EUNIFY reaffirms the importance of cross-sector collaboration in shaping sustainable and inclusive responses to today’s challenges—an approach that continues to guide CARMA in its development and outreach.
